Our 2nd visit. Friendly welcome by Adele. Clean, comfortable, good night’s sleep, good shower, tea & coffee. Ticked all our boxes. Will stay again.

Adele was very friendly and showed around the property and explained everything I needed to for the stay. Exceptionally competitive price and good location for an evening out in Winchester (15-20 minute walk). if you arrive after 4 no need to worry about parking (Winchester seems very permit heavy on parking during the day) as it's 2 hour no return and free to park anywhere after 6. Would happily book there again if going to Winchester

The owner was very friendly and showed me around the house where I was staying. The room was lovely, clean and the bed was very comfortable too.

The host is a very friendly and lovely lady, facilities were clean and had the amnesties I was expecting. I found it very good for an overnight stay and there was street parking that’s free between 6pm to 8am which was great

Adela was friendly. It was convenient for me because I was working at the church nearly opposite. The room was pleasant.

Adela showed me how to tweek the lock to the outside door of my room. However I often couldn't get the door open. Since my room was next-door to the kitchen where fires are a likely to occur, the situation is a fire trap. The lock doesn't meet fire safety standards. All fire exits must be 100% accessible at all times. When I couldn't get out of my own door, I went to the front door. I was able to unlock it with the key that was available. However when I tried it lock the door from the outside, I couldn't. I intended posting Adela's keys through the letter port. In order to preserve the security of the property, I had to miss my 10.00am meeting and stay in my room all day until she arrived home at 3.00pm. So basically I was a prisoner in my room for 5 hours. I think that the premises needs the services of a professional locksmith.
