看評價說房內有味道，本來有點擔心，入住後並無什麼異味，味道真的是個人感受問題，個人住宿體驗很好，床好睡，衛浴乾濕分離很不錯

"接待人員蠻態度良好。整體整潔度良好。不確定是否為個人體質因素，醒著時候沒問題，但睡到半夜皮膚出現過敏反應（搔癢）。房內沒有蚊子，且有使用電蚊香。另外，在外出回房時候廁所沼氣味特別明顯（房內備有空氣清淨機，開啟後氣味會消除；但也不排除是因為待"

位置蠻好的，位於眷村建築群，很有特色。距離鳳山縣城古蹟景點和市區近。

隔音不算好，房門材質跟設計可以考慮換成更安全的類型
