Aus meiner individuellen Sicht und Erfahrung: - SMS mit Türcode kam nicht per SMS - musste nachfragen - an der Tür waren 7 Möglichkeiten für den Türcode - habe im Dunkeln alle 7 ausprobiert, der letzte war der Sesam-öffne-dich - 1x war für mein Zimmer die Sicherung draussen., die übrigen Zimmer waren i.O. Habe Sicherung wieder eingeschoben und Strom war ok

Hatte am Samstagabend kurzfristig gebucht, check in wäre laut Angaben bis 22 Uhr möglich mittels Schlüssel im schlüsselsafe. Bei Anreise gegen 20:30 Uhr hatte ich den Code für den Schlüsselsafe, dieser war allerdings leer. Unter der angegebenen Nummer war leider niemand zu erreichen, nach mehreren Versuchen, einer Email und einer Stunde Wartezeit in der Kälte musste ich mir eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Bis Montag Vormittag war niemand zu erreichen, bei einem Telefonat am Montag wurde sich entschuldigt, mir versichert das die Buchung storniert wird und der Betrag gutgeschrieben wird. Seitdem kam nichts mehr außer einer Rechnung für die City Tax, auf Mails wird nicht reagiert. Auch der booking.com Kundenservice reagiert bisher nicht auf meine Beschwerde.

I paid for 2 day when arrived- nobody left key in the box had to book another hotel nearby money haven't received back nobody answers on the phone or booking avoid this scam

Ruhige Lage, tolle Wege zum spazieren, Verkehrsanbindung, schöne saubere Zimmer, kleiner Garten mit Terrasse, sehr Hundefreundlich, einfacher check-in u Check-out, netter Kontakt zum Vermieter nachdem ein kleines Malheur passierte, freundlich u zuvorkommend.

"Overnachting op doorreis naar Oostenrijk."

Mooie ruime kamer, met gemeenschappelijk gebruik van eetkamer, keuken, toilet en zeer ruime badkamer met een bad en douche. Waarop ook nog een 2e toilet aanwezig was!

Geen tegenvallers.
