The breakfast(continental) was very good and the staff in this hotel was also very polite. The room was very clean and tidy and the location was also good. I liked everything about the hotel.

"Worst hospitality"

The lighting in the room was cool (only if you like dim light)

I have been using the booking app for 4,5 years but i was never once charged more than my actual price until i upgraded the room, but they charged me 15% more than the price saying that it has to be done . There was only 1 water bottle in the rooms, we literally were charged more than we actually ordered, when i asked for an explanation the staff said she doesn't know anything like seriously. I have never seen this worst hospitality in my entire booking. Never doing their or never recommending this place to others
