Quiet courtyard of one of the central streets of the city. On this street: in 5 minutes - a night market, several restaurants and a large food court near the house, Amazon cafe. Parking in the yard. Two (or three, I'm not sure) homestay rooms on the second floor, on the first - a small hall and an office. In the evenings, it turns into a board game library, young people come to play, but this does not interfere with the residents, everything is very nice and quiet. Toilet and shower are common for residents, but there are only two rooms to stay, perfectly clean and always free. Toiletries available. Lots of beautiful playful cats, but no smell. The owner graciously responds to any request. Everything is very simple and concise, but the atmosphere is very pleasant, we felt very comfortable.

The window overlooks an outer gallery (or balcony), closed from the outside, so that the light from the street comes in, but there is virtually no window and no view. But this did not seem like a disadvantage, the room is quite bright and big.
