Perfect for a few nights, a good bed, a warm bathroom and spacious.

Big room very cosy and warm , very clean and extra kettle for coffee and tea. We stayed only one night nice and quiet.

Such a beautiful gem in the heart of Co.Waterford, the host was simply amazing, excellent communication and so welcoming, and super friendly. The room is big, clean and well organised, bed was super comfy, that I couldn't get up on the morning.. there was a sofa bed at the room which is also felt comfy too, the room has such beautiful view of the window with lovely light from the windows, the mini kitchen was great, and can't Thank the host enough for the excellent filtered coffee that was available, and jug of milk at the fridge. The bathroom was spotless clean, big, with excellent pressure warm water. The location is amazing very close to the Greenway, Waterford city and Dangurvan. Definitely coming back again. Dear Sharon, thank you very much for such lovely comfy place to stay and such kind welcoming spirit.. thank you..

Bathroom a little chilly

We loved Sharon. She was accommodating and helped us find a delicious restaurant for dinner in nearby Kilmeaden. The room also had a notebook with Tips from Sharon on things to do. Nice touch. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by her friendly dogs. An added bonus!

We found nothing to complain about.

Sharon greeted us warmly, lovely to chat to her about her family in Australia . A very peaceful location with nearby eateries ( need a car) . It was great to be at ground level for a change, as reasonably priced accommodation in Ireland is usually “upstairs”. Basic breakfast was supplied which was a nice surprise.
