Very clean and comfortable annex to a house in Kincumber. Perfect for us to attend a wedding at Kantara House, not far away. Beautifully clean and has all the little things needed, crockery, bedding etc Good bathroom, nice shower. Very quiet and private, a little road noise but dies down at night. Easy to find

Fantastic self contained room with separate access. Spotlessly clean and homely with access to a great deck and pool. The location near shops, public transport and waterways was fantastic. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Can highly recommend, will be back!
