CNNothing but just the view
If you want to throw away your money in trash definitely go here. Upon arrival we got handed our keys and were given two rolls of toilet paper to which the lady said "I know your kind like to use this stuff" to which I said"you guys don't use toilet paper?" The room was mouldy all over. The doors were squeaking and the walls and the fans in the room were dirty and filled with mold. What was even more disturbing is that by the second night we saw that the pillow had mold on it (as our daughter had got rashes) from it. To which I asked them to change. The other bed had blood-like stains on them so we locked it up and never used that room. One of the toilets didn't work(didn't flush) the couch provided inside the cabin was broken. The room was filled with different insects and mosquitoes as if no one had ever cleaned up the room before our arrival. No towels provided , there are no slippers or anything to use in the bathroom so when you use the toilet or take shower your feet is getting wet and walking with that to the room. All in all a very bad experience for what you pay for. We paid the same amount in the city of Kota Kinabalu and it was in downtown with a very decent room+amazing staff.. I'm all for supporting the local businesses,but some people aren't meant to be hosts.
MYCheck in ikut betul jam 2pm tapi kami dtang jam 12am untuk berteduh disebabkan hujan..owner trus bagi kunci untuk menginap check out mcm biasa jam 12am tnpa add caj dikenakan🫰.
Parking tak bersemen dan berlumpur disebabkan hujan berterusan semoga mereka mnaik taraf👍.
MYWater heater dlm bilik rosak jadi kalau nak minum air panas kena ambik kat ruang atas.
Semua ok.
MYSangat dekat klau mau pigi pekan, boleh nampak jalan raya jem atau tidak hehehe very comfort, ruma luas, dapur luas. Thank u kepada owner RenHana. 🫰🏻🫶🏻
MYhomestay ok ini kali ke3 stay di ren hana. cuma pengalaman kali ini x berapa okey sbb dapat jiran yang jam 10 mlm anak masi brlompat2 buat bising hingga menyebabkan kami yang suda tidur awal terbagun semula. mlm tu juga x pasti dari mana datang bau rokok yang kuat hingga membuatkan kami tidak selesa.
