Habitación Amaya 2

The place is located on the 3rd floor of a dozen-story apartment building (with lift). It's quite small, there is a place for about 7 people. There is a shared kitchen, two shared bathrooms (one with shower and toilet and the smaller one only with toilet). The place is brand new and clean, and also very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The place is located near to the supermarket, small local cafe, the railway station (R2 sud/Nord), and the metro station (line L8). The connection to the city center is very simple and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and nice.

We didn't know it was a shared house when we booked it, and were slightly disappointed at the beginning (we never book shared houses). BUT the hosts were so great, and the house so good - it made the experience stellar. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen amazing, the neighborhood with small cafes and extremely inviting people, distance from all things we wanted to see was very convenient and cheap to travel through uber or bolt (there were options of public transport too but we ended up never using them). We will probably book here again for our next stay in Barcelona.

Nachos and his wife were very friendly and excellente hosts. The house was spacious and super super clean, everything was perfect 10/10.😍

Nacho and Nirza are great hosts. What is their home is also theirs. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with free access to all appliances in the kitchen and living room. You can easily and quickly get to the city center by bus or metro.

Very good location. Owner really nice. Kitchen was awesome!

Bed very soft, uncomfortable, had backpain every evening. Room was small, bed took most of it. Netflix was not available in the room.

Friendly host. Everything spotlessly clean. Helped with restaurant for dinner. La Flama was excellent.

Nothing really. Room was hot but host gave us aircon control.

Cleanliness of the place

The place too small. Too far from tourist area. There are metro station nearby though.

The apartment is located halfway between the airport and the center of Basrelona. It can be reached from the airport to the Bellvitge by the R2 train. In the immediate vicinity is the Gornal station, where several trains can go to the Spanish Square. Communication with the owners was very easy. The instructions on how to find the apartment was precise end helpful. WIFI in the apartment is excellent. The apartment is nicely decorated and impeccably clean. We had a room with a shared bathroom but we were able to use the kitchen and living room. The owners are very kind and pleasant. The apartment is ideal for a short stay.

The room is a little bit small.

Perfect hosts and everything was spotlessly clean . We were made to feel very welcome .
