Hannah House Marrakech

It is located close to the Medina but away from the crowded streets.When I arrived at the hotel, an employee welcomed me with Moroccan tea and was kind.

I struggled to find the hotel. A young man on the street helped me. I chose this hotel because it would be quiet, but the door to the ground-floor room wasn't insulated. I could hear every sound in the corridor.If you are someone like me who is bothered by noise, the noise of other guests may disturb you.

Todo, la verdad que fueron muy amables en todo momento, nos contestaban rápido, ayudaron en todo lo necesario con nuestra estancia y cualquier excursión o petición que teníamos. Al final de la calle sin salida se encuentra una puerta estilo reja que te lleva a otra calle interior donde se encuentra el alojamiento, no hacer caso a la calle, luego encuentras una casa preciosa y bien decorada, habitaciones grandes. Todo lo que rodea la casa es súper tranquilo y seguro, nosotros fuimos y volvimos a cualquier hora del día y nunca tuvimos ningún problema, todo muy especial, y es una zona de gente local, y cerca del mercado a 1 minuto pero sin ningún ruido desde la casa.

El lugar se encuentra muy céntrico pero a la vez en una zona muy tranquila, nada más salir del alojamiento entras en el mercado lleno de gente y animaciones por todos los lugares, este se encuentra al fondo de una calle sin salida dentro de una puerta, que es una calle escondida, muy peculiar! Los chicos que lo llevan son muy atentos, responden muy rápido a los mensajes y te ayudan en todo momento, la verdad es muy acogedor. No esperes un Riad, pero tiene su terraza arriba del todo, las habitaciones son cómodas, tiene cocina por si quieres cocinar .

I didn’t stay there! Booking.com is failing to respond to my complaints. The room wasn’t ready when i arrived at 8pm. I had a look at the room anyway and it wasn’t nice but I guess you shouldn’t expect much for £25!

Amazing stay. Anwar the host was able to answer all of our questions and give us great recommendations! The entrance is the short black gate at the end of the street, just reach inside for the handle.

WiFi could have worked better in the downstairs room, but the router is located in the center of the stairs, so any where near it it worked great!

Good location, clean, all necessary provided, fair value for price.

Room was very clean and nice. Everything was good. Very good people. But it is little bit difficult to find hotel.

Only location little bit not good. Difficult to find . And there is no window in the room, sometimes you can feel small
