The sense of security and the terrace was very relaxing.

The plugs weren't working properly but it could have been something general. We couldn't charge our phones properly.

House was really cute and nice, clean and comfortable. Location is good, 10 minutes walk from the city centre i mean Medina and all restaurants. The owner is so nice, he told us to use the kitchen and made us coffee. We got a tours with him for loot cheaper price.

I liked the following things: The guy at the reception was nice. The room was exact as shown in the photos. The kitchen was open all the time for the tenants to use. Drinking water was provided Toiletries were also provided. AC and wifi also worked.

I think it was the location, it was very much inside the streets. And the streets were noisy . No doors and exhaust in the bathroom, it was open at the back of the bed so the smell would surround in the room, they should work on it. The hairdryer was not provided and also when asked the guy provided humbly, but it didn’t work. And the room was not as much clean, there was evident dust on the lamps and side tables and the blanket provided was also not clean. The rug in the room was also very very rough, you can’t walk barefoot on that. I think they can improve the facilities and make it a better place. Overall it was nice, the review is just for the betterment.

Great central location, yet away from the hustle bustle, amazing price, Soufiane made us feel welcome and has the best food recommendations! If first time in Marrakesh, do urself a favor and book airport pickup with them, it took forever for at the customs but the driver waited for over an hour for us! Greatly appreciated! Will come back and take the excursions next time!

Wish bathrooms had doors 😅 but it's a traditional riad, it's an experience

Power sockets in the room didn’t work. Couldn’t use bedside lights, couldn’t power any electrical items

The rooms were nice, spacious and comfortable. The hotel was only 5-6 minutes walk from souk market, restaurants and shops.

Not much clean, no view from terrace. The toilet was near the corridor and the doors were broken. Though there was curtain but it was see through, so whenever anyone would go to toilet, anyone could see it from corridor through the broken door which is horrible. I would suggest them to repair their doors please.
