Even though I had the reservation, when I contacted them to ask them about the room details they told me they didn't have available and that it wasn't their fault. The worst struggle for me to find a place last minute afterwards

The bed itself was fine. WiFi is good. Room was clean.

Location in a dodgy neighbourhood. Far away from everything. Cab driver couldn't find it. Bathroom full of hair, old shampoo bottles, razors everywhere, haven't been clean for a long time, kitchen dirty, stove made on beer crates. Just a poorly maintained property. An only last resort place in Medellin, way too expensive!!
