The bathrooms weren't the most dirty and filthy facilities that I have ever experienced with booking.com The beds were dirty, there was hair on the floor and spider webs on the wall. There was no clear indication were the entrance is. The light was not working and we had to use flashlights to find our way behind the house. The owners hadn't communicated us how to find the way. The entrance hall was smelling like people had smoked several joints there. There were loud people in the floor above us that were shouting in the middle of the night. The reviews of this property are clearly manipulated. It's a warning that the review system of booking.com can be gamed.

Arriving late at nigh, in the dark, while it's misty gives the place a serious horror-movie feeling. The doorcode added to the excitement. Once inside, it feels like you're entering a haunted house - but in a safe and fun way, can you imagine that? It was fun to explore the place (where we alone?). Besides all this imagining, it's a perfectly fine place to crash for one or a few nights. The shared bathroom (with two showers and a sauna) in the basement is spacious and there's a big kitchen available too. The beds are fine, the pillows good, there's coffee and there are beverages for sale. We didn't meet the owners, everything was self-explanatory.

It's got character a lovely old building used for the forestry commission back in 1906, Yes facilities are very good. Down in the cellar with the kitchen and the shower room.

I didn't realise there was a nine euro charge for use of the sauna.. it's ok everybody chips in.. expensive if you're using it on your own. The parking was excellent too. I would come back again.

It’s Best Place,With Best Personal people !!! It’s private Good Hotel’s..But It’s Best place Where you can relaxing …Sauna,Lounge Zone..Bar… Owners Good People ..
