The owner was so helpful and kind, very nice and cute house.

Location was suitable for our needs. The staff was English speaking and kind. We had the whole house to ourselves. The interior was very cool. In the summer time this is a place to choose in Mirandela. There was an orange tree in the garden with the MOST delicious oranges on it.

There was NO HEATING in the whole house! The bathroom and the bedroom was equipped with a super mini electric, portable heating device that had NO chance to heat up a room. We were literally freezing our buts off. Temperatures at nite were barely around 0 degrees, if not frost. So we had to sleep in our training suits and hoodies. If we hadn't driven 3500km before getting to the place, I'm sure we'd not be able to sleep with the noise these "heating" devices were producing. These hot fans were pretty much louder than warmer. But we only needed one nite of rest. We understand that traditionally houses are very badly heated in the Winter time in Portugal, but I think that one can expect not to freeze to death as a tourist in a professional accommodation! Again, during the Summer months, I'm pretty sure this place is excellent!
