Facilities were very good. Common kitchen for freely availble coffee. Grounds wwre remarkable, groomed & quiet from road noise The host is very helpful & kind. I arrived late yet they greeted & got me settled in.

Great location within Balian, just a couple of minutes from the beach and restaurants. The room had a lovely terrace overlooking the garden which we loved. The kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was great. Kadek was very helpful and friendly.

The mould in the bathroom, and some of the pillows were a bit grim if you looked inside the cases. But considering the cheap price, this was not a big deal for us.
