Outhentic Apartment

Spacious room with comfortable beds.

There are no locks to the bedrooms!!! You have to leave your room unlocked throughout the day which beggars belief. Additionally, our room had an adjoining door to the next guest room which couldn’t be locked so anyone from the other room can walk into yours in the middle of the night. I then got a text in the evening asking me to lightly clean the bathroom ready for the next guest coming to the apartment. I am a paying guest I shouldn’t have to be cleaning the communal bathroom. There’s instructions on notes taped everywhere with what you can and can’t do. There’s constant traffic from the outside. We were glad to be out.

~You need "black-out" curtains in the bedrooms. You need a safe for valuables and a bedside table in each bedroom. You need a metal trash bin in the kitchen.

We were asked not to use the kitchen. It was not possible to look the door to our room. Otherwise everything was very nice.

The room and the location were both excellent

I was very surprised at not being able to lock the room when we went out during the day, as there were other guests in another bedroom in the apartment. I felt uneasy leaving the passports and other valuables in the unlocked room. Before our arrival, I wrote to the owner asking whether I could make coffee in the kitchen and put food into the fridge, and the owner said I could use the fridge and make coffee, She added "...it was much more interesting to taste, see, explore about life, people, traditions.... than to stay inside and eat what I had brought with me...". A simple yes or no would have been in order. I am 69 years old and don´t need strangers telling me what to do during my vacation. Needless to say, I didn´t use the kitchen at all, as I felt that the owner was so much against it. I found this rude.

Perfect location! I was all alone and could even play the (very old ;-) piano.

Good neighborhood, lots of restaurants nearby and a very central location.

It's was a bit too light for us, maybe a blind or curtains can help to make it a bit darker. And a hook for towels would have been helpful.

A nice and calm place, in a central zone of Copenhagen. Close to the metro stop Frederiksber allè from where u can reach the airport very easily. The room that I’ve stayed it has a minimal décor with white walls and gives u a sense of serenity, it has everything u really need, an hanger, a mirror, chairs and table and a comfortable bed. It’s a very clean space. The bathroom is very clean as well and spacious enough, it has everything u need. There’s also a kitchen, but I didn’t use it. It’s located in a very quiet zone, so you’ll able to rest and sleep thoroughly well. It is connected to a big street where u can find basically every type of shops. The host is very nice, available and before arriving there she helped, explaining me how to get there and by suggesting place to visit. An overall great experience.

The acommodation was very simple and nice. We had a great time with my sister. Also, Maria the owner was really nice and very helpful all the time.
