Camp Nou Nueva Casa

The location and the building is very peaceful. Even though we got the one room with the bathroom outside of it, the bathroom was really close and private enough. We didn’t see the staff, but they are responsive through messages. They let us leave the luggage the whole day after the checkout.

They said that the room is with a private bathroom, but the bathroom was out of the room with no lock on it and everyone else used it and it was not a private bathroom. The room was not clean. The bed sheets and towels had hair on them and there was not a day cleaning service. The room did not have trash bin and we had to put our trash some where to take them out every time.

The location was great. The communication with the owner was good and he responded to our messages always.

The noise at the property made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. The other guests were out and in all night long and had no respect for those who were on the ground floor. Loud noises, talking, stomping around which made it unpleasant.

Great value for money! It is located in a quieter area, away from tourist hot spots, but convenient enough to get anywhere you'd like in the city: 10 minutes walk from Camp Nou, 2 metro stations close to it, shops, restaurants nearby. The self check in process was straightforward, instructions given right before check in time by the lovely host. Private bathroom, air-condition and a common area with refrigerator all available. Again, the price-value ratio is great so if you're a more budget traveler or you attend Barcelona match, this place will be ideal for you.:)

Check in instructions only in Spanish (luckily Booking app has translate option), no TV in room, air condition in room E makes a bad noise regularly and shower handle (made from ceramic) was broken , and thin walls so it'll rather be noisy, especially on the ground floor rooms where the entrance and common area is too.

Small thing to improve would be to give daily clean towels. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here.
