Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet, angenehm und sehr sauber. Die Wirtin hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles getan, damit wir einen schönen Aufenthalt hatten. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer wirkten neu und wir haben gut geschlafen. Für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eine volle Empfehlung!

I booked this apartment for my friend who was visiting Germany for an exhibition in Cologne. We are overwhelmed by the help and support provided by the landlady. Simply Awesome and out of this world! In haste to make a booking, I missed checking, it was clearly mentioned in the advert that the host speaks Portuguese and German. We did not speak any of these languages and to our surprise, the landlady supported us despite the language barrier. She used all means possible be it her phone translating for us, using booking.com message translation, talking slowly, and repeating things over the phone till we understood it. She proactively checked the keys before the check-in and provided a replacement key immediately as she found out the KeyLock needs replacement.  On the initial day, my friend could not work out the logistics to locate the supermarket and shops to arrange his food. We just asked the landlady about the nearest place to look for. The place is about 3 km and it was not possible for my friend to commute there with his busy schedule with the exhibition. To our utter surprise, the next day landlady appeared and offered breakfast to my friend, which is again overwhelming for us. WOW! Also, the room was just beautiful and immaculate. My friend was so happy to stay in such a wonderful and clean apartment. The bus stop is literally a 1-minute walk from the place. A word of caution, please do check the times of the bus operation as it might not be available in late evenings.  We could not have asked for anything better, for us the landlady appeared as an Angel and supported my friend's stay in Germany. He did not have the slightest thing to worry about or think about the accommodation. He could focus on his trip to the exhibition, which was the main reason for the visit. We wish all the best and will be honored if we could reciprocate the same gesture as this wonderful woman did to us. May Almighty bless her always.
