"Beautiful quiet place not far from the city"

We were greeted by friendly and welcoming owner who showed us the house, kitchen and our room with private bathroom. The house is located in quiet place and has a beautiful garden and terrace where you can sit and enjoy your morning cup of tea/coffee watching birds and squirrels:). The property is very well maintained, everything was clean, kitchen had all you need for cooking plus complimentary tea, coffee, salt, sugar, herbs, spices and cooking oil. Beds are made of solid wood (oak, l think) as well as other furniture. Mattress and pillows were nice and comfortable.

There was a large old style bath with no curtain in our bathroom, so it would be nice to have a cloth to wipe off the water that gets on the floor. Just a few sockets in our room and not in convenient location.

"Very nice house in a green neighborhood on the outskirt of Warsaw."

The house is very nice, the room was ok for 1 person. Comfortable bed. Quite location. Big, fully equipped shared kitchen.

The shared bathroom with shower was located on a floor below, not convenient. Soundproofing not very good so you can hear other people in the house.

"Was ok but other guests should respect quiet time"

Was very clean.

I didn’t have a private bathroom. My bathroom was changed 3 times. During the night other guest were very noisy, spoke very loudly until 00.30. Didn’t have a mirror in the room. Bed was not very comfortable.

"Our stay in Warsaw was overall pleasant"

The property was well maintained. Julien and his wife were very pleasant and accommodating

There were no mirrors in the room and no place to put clothes. We did not like sharing a bathroom whereas the web site advertised as private bathroom. It depends on the room you choose but that’s not clear on the website. Did not like using paper towels to dry my hands in bathroom. Barking dogs in the morning was a nuisance.

Very clean, beautiful place. Very nice host. A lot of space. All what you would wish is available in the kitchen. We loved it for a 1 night stay.

Shower has very low cielings ( it is hard to fit if you are more then 170) and some curtain in the bathroom would be perfect.
