Very friendly welcome. Lovely room and bathroom. Just felt comfortable here.

Fab location, comfortable and well set out. Melissa was welcoming and very helpful.

Nothing to fault exceeded our expectations

The breakfast was great- there were many choices for us and everything was easy to find. The accommodations were cozy, homey and very well appointed. The area was walkable and there was a bus stop nearby which we used to go to the Hoverport. We loved how welcome we felt. Melissa was very attentive and offered suggestions for restaurants, walks and sightseeing. She was a wonderful host. We highly recommend The Greenhouse!

Melissa is a fabulous host. She couldn't be more helpful. It's a beautiful house, with a lovely kitchen, lounge and a little balcony where you can enjoy a cuppa in the sun. Very quiet area. Nice comfortable bed. A freshly baked croissant in the morning was a lovely touch. It's close to Fratton train station and a short walk to pubs and restaurants that Melissa kindly made a list of.

Very small details. The shower was incredibly hot and the unlabelled wheel didn't seem to make any difference despite turning one way and the other, so I really struggled to wash my hair without being scolded. I had the basement bedroom, with the bathroom down the corridor at the opposite end to the kitchen. It's just worth being aware that you may bump into people in your (supplied) dressing gown going to and from. The shower room is a little small to change in. Otherwise, couldn't fault it.

The plants and decor made this a very cosy stay .nice breakfast with warm croissants.The host was extremely helpful and friendly .
