The owner Aura was a joy in providing info about the town that was really helpful. The room sparkling clean. Small patio in nature an added treat.

Location was great! Quiet street, just 5 minutes walking to the ADO bus terminal and collectivo to Chichen Itza. The room itself was big and clean. The A/C was working well. It was a self check-in, but communication went smoothly. Wifi worked well.

Bathroom was small. Kitchenette was good enough for preparing breakfast, but it didn't have a hot plate for cooking for example.

Very good value for money, spacious studio apartment with good facilities. Close to ADO station on a residential street.

There were some very loud cockerels in the back of the property which woke me up at 4:30 each morning, not the hosts fault though. Despite being what appeared to be a quiet residential street there was a bit of loud traffic noise too.

I. Had no access! Drop box. I had info. on PIN code I failed to receive.Banged on door, a lot, then left to find an alternative place to stay. Very poor organisation on the part of the owner.

Tidy and comfortable place to stay in Valladolid. Great quality for your money.

You have to put on the boiler for hot water 15 min. in advance. Just plan it :)

Great location and a nice space. Comfy bed. Easy to check in and good access into the town centre.
