Big room

Looks dirty..look like they don't want to invest anymore for the property..looks dirty and smelly..the rats running around because the kitchen area is dirty.. Bah!!! The staff is not nice!!!

The location was great, nearby the center. It was possible to wash my clothes for 50 mexican pesos and the host took care of everything.

After the first night I noticed some water failing from the ceiling. I reported it to the host and it did not happen anymore indeed but small pieces of the wall started to come off and fell down.

There is hot water, it's clean, and the rooms stay cool. Quiet area and not far from the center, shopping and restaurants.

No complaints. Great space, sweet staff.

The location was great, only a short walk to shops, restaurants, the main square and Cenote Zaci. The Ado bus station and colectivos to Chichen Itza aren't far away either. Our room (no. 6) was super clean and huge with 2 beds, private bathroom, table and chairs as well as a sink with drying rack. Aircon worked well. The staff was very helpful and friendly but don't speak much English

Be aware that there are no sockets in the room that take a plug with an earth (they are Japan style) but there are 3 pin sockets downstairs in the communal kitchen area. The kitchen area could be cleaner and is in need of a tidy up. The building is no longer dark blue as shown in the picture.

Amazing location! Nice simple and friendly place that has everything you need for a few days in Valladolid.

The room is very spacious, clean, and the bed is very comfortable, and it's only a 5-minute walk from the main plaza. We even had a wooden-designed chair that gave it its own vibe. We really enjoyed the stay, and since the rooms are in a compound away from the road, we slept very well! The shower has hot water, but honestly, we just used the cold as it was very hot in Valladolid. 100% recommended :)

Very central in Valladolid.

Air con was a bit weak but did the job. The walls are thin so you can hear every noise around.

The place is a block south-east to the main square, polite people, clean, the room was wide, there's a shared kitchen with free water and coffee (and breakfast to pay aside), laundry service for 50 pesos whichever amout, nice patio...

There's a nice terrace which right now is used just to dry clothes and which could become a nice solarium for the hosts. The shared kitchen is a bit raw, may need some renovation.
