Loverly home and good location

I liked everything

This is a lovely space in a good location. it comes with the shared use of a nice kitchen and the rooms have fridges and counters. The balcony is nice and shady for the afternoon and there is a cenote one block away. The hosts are very nice and accommodating as well.

Exceptional location (5min walking from Valladolid’s central plaza), helpful & responsive host living in the same building made us feel part of their family, great value for money, large living room, terrace & well stocked kitchen that let us spread out and unwind instead of being confined to our bedroom

Honestly, nothing. This was a very relaxed, homely and comfortable stay.

The hosts,the location, the room, everything was perfect at this place ! I highly recommend this place for your stay in Valladolid !

Relatively close to the town centre. Comfortable and excellent hosts. Even had a kitchen that we could use. Parking on the road right outside the house. It was more of a room inside their home rather than a hotel.

Area was a bit shabby, water from shower was very slow.

It is a family house turned into a B&B so the kitchen is shared, as is the patio and the living room. some bedrooms do not have the WC/shower inside. When I was there I did not hear noise because there were no other guests, but I believe it can get difficult with more people since it is an old house and nothing is soundproof, so better to have some earplugs. It is not fancy, nor stylish but functional : it was perfect for what we needed : a short nice to rest a bit before continuing the trip. The owners a lovely couple very friendly and chatty. There are supermarkets nearby.

parking: there is none, you just leave the car in the street with no private surveilance or so. They claim it is very safe, we had no issues but it is not ideal when we see "free parking" in the booking description.

Nice place, nice owner, you can use kitchen and terrace, quite close to the main square, owner said a lot of useful information, in front of place we can park car (on the street),

Some problem with wi fi (i don't know - maybe it was global problem)
