I liked being away from the hustle and bustle of Penang but being only a ferry ride away . 4 R return . Also food and friendliness of locals in Butterworth second to none . You just have to look .

Not the hotels fault but lack of pavements makes walking around on foot interesting at times

The hotel contacted us days before our arrival, and checking on us on the time of arrival, sharing some info and tips which is helpful. The room and the hotel is just too ordinary, nothing really stands out

The room is small, bed is not that comfy, TV is not working. Maybe the hotel can check underneath the bed, there are many 'treasures' that are not supposed to be there...
