El desayuno fue lo mejor, súper fresco y porciones abundantes todos los días. El personal muy amable también.

Solo tienen un perchero como guardarropas, lo que no hay espacio de guardado. Desafortunadamente el perchero de nuestra habitación se rompió la primer noche y tardaron 4 días en arreglarlo, por lo que tuvimos que dejar nuestra ropa guardada en la maleta.

The included breakfast was very good, with multiple options, big room, helpful and friendly staff and the pool was good to cool off.

Beautiful space to spend time in, not just somewhere to lay your head for the night. (Breakfast by the pool has to be a staple)

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me with everything. I even had my suitcase delivered to my next accommodation by scooter. I really liked the room; the beds were comfortable, and housekeeping was provided when you hung a sign on the door. The breakfast was tasty, and the pool is great! It’s also within walking distance of the town center, you can rent a scooter, and there is a laundry service available. I would definitely come back!

Perfect place to stay in Lombok. Clean, beautiful space and perfect quiet yet central location. But the best part was the staff—incredibly kind and accommodating, we decided to extend our stay 3 different times (!!) and they made everything so easy. Thank you to Rocky and the of the beautiful team at White Bay 🤍🤍🤍
