Nice guy running the joint. Very cheap. Breakfast was an omelette and a banana pancake. Only stayed one night. There was hot water, the a/c worked, the drains in the bathroom drained, and the door locked.

The location was steeply up an old, bumpy dirt road, 30+ minute walk from Kuta center. The room had some black mold on the ceiling.

The rooms are very nice and clean, the shower is hot and the staff was very nice and accommodating

Good but the lamp was broken and the location is quite far from the road and difficult to access if you havent got a scooter or confidence. Hot shower is nice and pancake breakfirst very good.

We had a great stay! We stayed a total of 12 nights and for us it was perfect. Yes, keep in mind the road uphill is a little tricky with rocks but if you are comfortable driving the bike and just drive slowly it’s really not a problem. It’s located 5mins from kuta town and if you are looking for a simple stay this is perfect and definitely value for money! The host was super kind, provided us with really good bikes from the minute we arrived and was ready to serve breakfast every morning from 7am onwards. He also was flexible to cook later if we were still out surfing. Moreover, in the middle of our stay he even cleaned our room again. Definitely would recommend
