I did not like a single aspect of our stay.

From the very beginning, the staff were not welcoming at all. Even at the gate, no one came near to properly greet us—they would simply shout “The gate is open” instead of approaching guests in a professional and hospitable manner. The room itself was an absolute nightmare. The bedsheets, towels, and even the room had a terrible smell, and the room was extremely dark. The bathroom was even worse the water pressure was very weak, the heater was not working, and the most disgusting part was the drainage it was clogged, overflowing, and smelled horrible. Rest was impossible because you would wake up from the noise made by the staff. What made it even worse was that their dogs and cats were entering the rooms the feces of their pets were not cleaned immediately. It is honestly embarrassing, especially for foreign guests staying at this accommodation. The air conditioner was extremely weak and barely worked, which made the stay even more stressful. On top of that, your belongings are not safe because the sliding window is broken and cannot be locked. This is a serious safety issue.

Quiet surroundings, close to everything you need, hot water (this is dependant on the season and current weather conditions, ofc), the owners are more than friendly, you will have discounts (yes, even more cheaper) at their awesome Spanish restaurant (we ate there 3/3 times). You even get a bathrobe, the air conditioning is very efficient. I couldn't say a bad thing about this accommodation. We felt extremely well.

You can hear everything that is happening outside, no soundproofing. But hey, this is only to mention something. You wake up and have the full day ahead :)

the location was the best part, just a few minutes to good food spots and the beach

i stayed in room 7 upstairs (4 nights) and im a bit disappointed as the reviews dont match my experience. They were very kind to help me with a last minute early check in. The wifi works pretty well. But i had more things i didn’t like. The floor in the room gets quite dusty but there’s no cleaning inbetween. The aircon wasn’t really working much, the staff brought me a (noisy /broken) fan which helped. ( The ac did work late in the night ) The towels had stains on them, The water pressure was non existent The lamp in the weird dressing area (i see from the pictures they changed the room setting) wasn’t working properly, there was no fridge or communal space so i couldn’t store anything. The worst part was that they have 3 dogs and every night the dogs would chill upstairs on the patio and scratch on my door, fight, make too much noise so i kept waking up too early ir at midnight because of this. i left some clothes to dry on the rack and they destroyed it. There wasn’t much checkins or communication from them but very kindly greetings.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist schnell bei den Restaurants und braucht auch nicht lang zu den Stränden. Das Personal war freundlich und es gab süße Hunde beim Hotel.

Die Sauberkeit war nicht gut. Auf die Regale hätte ich meine Klamotten nicht gelegt, und im Bad war hinter dem Mülleimer noch Hygiene-Müll vom Bewohner zuvor. Ich war in einigen philippinischen Unterkünften, jedoch war dies die schmutzigste

The staff were very friendly. They arranged motorbike rental and island hopping and even van transfer. The accomodation was very clean and the location was optimal to explore food and beaches in Port Barton. The stay was very budget friendly. If ever I visit Port Barton again, I will defintely stay here. There are 2 cute friendly puppies and their mother dog to keep us entertained.

There could have been more power sockets, but it was fine with what are present currently. No complaints at all.
