Baan Rai Me Rak Organic Farmstay

For those looking at a different experience of Phuket, far from resorts and mass tourism, Baan Rai Me Rak is a wonderful place. I cannot emphasize enough how kind Ju, his wife, and the entire team are. The food is fresh and excellent, and staying there truly feels like being at a friend’s place.

这是一个有很多有机蔬菜和自己养的鸡的农家乐，我们选择这家的原因是第二天要赶船去小岛。但是因为燃油价格上涨的问题，我在网上订不到船票，所以就问了老板，老板有个朋友在 bangrong pier 所以帮忙订到了想要的时间的船票。真的非常感谢。

De locatie lag rustig en relatief groen. Zeer goed ontbijt en zeer behulpzame gastheer Michel.

The room was very nice and the views around the property are lovely knowing you are surrounded by nature.

We would have preferred a choice for breakfast. When you go to the restaurant you are just served it and we didn’t always feel like the savoury stir fry or sticky rice but this is more our issue than the owners, it did taste very nice it just wasn’t to our taste for breakfast and would have preferred some of it for our dinner. We went half board so got an evening meal which was big portions of nice food. We knew there wasn’t much around and it really is isolated so a moped or form of transport is necessary to have a good time here.

The location on the edge of the jungle area of Phuket. The insects and birds were very exotic and exciting to hear and see. The hosts were so gentle and kind and the home cooked Thai food was lovely and satisfying. The accommodation was very clean and basic.

There was nowhere to put clothes other than on the floor in the case. It was hard to communicate sometimes to the staff and hosts.
