The staff were very helpful, smiley and polite. They would help you with everything you need.

We stayed in the Family Bungalow. It was a bit outdated and the beds are not comfortable to sleep in. A lot of bugs everywhere, we got a lot of bug bites, even though we sprayed the room with bug/insect killer every night. The toilet is also outdated and a little bit dirty. No locks on the doors.

Enjoyed our 5 night stay at Kamurayaw. The rooms are of a good size, it’s a little out of town so much more calm and quiet which is exactly what we were seeking. There is free drinking water provided for all rooms, and a hot & cold water dispenser at reception. They can organise airport transfers for you, and you pay directly to the driver. No pricey markups. We had a scooter and this location is perfect if you can ride, otherwise you’re a bit distant from the action.

We were in the room next to reception (room 4) so could hear what was going on out there - people chatting, playing pool - but generally stopped around 10pm. If you desire more privacy in your room, try asking for a room away from reception. We had to close our blinds whenever in the room whenever we were in there for privacy.

location and excess-able and comfortable room and staff are friendly. its so peaceful out the busy location. and near to pharmacy and cafe.

The wifi is too slow. and the lock of the door is so difficult to close it.

Really good hotel, close to restaurants. They rent us also a motorbike, friendly staff

Nothing

It was a great place, specially for a large group. I was travelling with my friends and we really liked the place- we were only 7 but the place could fit up to 10. It's a cozy and worth every penny kind of deal. We like the idea that we can cook as well, they have kitchen and complete utensils- that's a bonus!

WIFI- It was really slow. I think the management can improve on this part. We have to go to nearby cafes to have our work done since some of us are freelancers :)
