"Overpriced stuffy basement"

Good location. Nice staff, responsive. Bedroom itself was clean

You really can't trust the reviews. The rooms are all underground in a stuffy basement. There is a bad smell from the bathroom throughout. No sound insulation. Bedroom ok but extremely hard bed (im not usually picky but this was something else!). Key problem is that the bathroom is very run down and pretty gross to use.Hot water did not work. It was liveable, but for the price I paid (over 3000 per night) you expect things to be in decent condition. Again, I'm not usually one to complain but this place is NOT five stars as the other reviews say...

Caretakers were awesome. Got wonderful, healthy home made style food all the time. The food prepared was of high standards and hygienic. Conveniently located stay. Heart of the city. You get conveyance immediately. Also would suit older people as the property has lift facility. Security settings was also good.

Room size was too small for the money charged. Quite cramped. Fortunately it was me and my young son and we could manage. With two adults it would have been little tight.
