Red Maple Bed & Breakfast

I was a woman traveling alone and and first timer to India, so I did my research before deciding on the Red Maple. I had a wonderfully comfortable time staying here and felt so well taken care of by the warm and friendly staff! So very helpful! The food there was better than any place I tried in Delhi and the amazing lime sodas! Go for both sweet & salty! If you're looking for a nice low key home base, with plenty of hot water (important in January!) and great food, tea and lime sodas, choose The Red Maple. The manager helped me arrange train tickets ahead of time and helped me with any questions a newbie would have. While there, I met a couple lovely regulars who have made this their regular home base, which spoke to the kind of loyalty this place inspires. It's tucked away, but easy to walk to things you'll need and Uber/Ola cabs for anything further afield. Their drivers that come for you at the airport and train station costs a bit more than calling for cabs, but it was nice to see friendly faces! And if you don't have international cell service or an Indian phone, it's worth arranging with them for a nice welcome! I highly recommend The Red Maple for women traveling alone or anyone! Felt like extended family.

As pointed out by many others here, this place is a real find. Staff is immensely helpful and always available for our needs. We spent 2 days here with family and our friends and appreciated peaceful environment, neat and clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, and best thing is always available tea and coffee whenever we needed. Food is too very delicious as my son really, like Punjabi food, he looks happier and he enjoyed a lot here. There are many varieties of food in breakfast. Transportation is easy as it is centrally located. Definitely, a place we will come back to stay again.

This bed and breakfast is location is locked in south Delhi. I found good about this location because it is 5 kms from south market for the basic needs, 14 kms to international airport and 10kms to domestic airport which is good to reach on time as I know the situation of Delhi traffic, 7kms to Connaught place if you wish some shopping in good price. Clean rooms with cosy bef. As I ma very addicted to tea, there are good facilities of tea and coffee whenever you need. You can their WiFi too, also you can watched your favourite TV shows. Best things is the food. I would rather say very delicious food in and around area. Just love the test as I am a foodie person. Overall this place is actually good for visitors or travellers who need some restful stay with quality service in budget.

Very good b&b services, comfartable rooms, good price range. Managers and staff are very coperative. Food is awesome.Room interior is very good and effective Always reccomend for stay short and long stay.

Red Maple Bed and Breakfast was located in South Extension Part 1 away from the chaotic centre Delhi. It took about less than 30 minutes from IGI airport. Around this B&B (not a hotel), there is an old tomb belongs to some rich noble family those day. Nice tomb, it had converted to a nice small park for locals to have they morning walk. Further down the road, you will have a roll of shops selling jewellery and saree. It is more a housing area with narrow street. Room with balcony (not private balcony): Stay in first floor, just one flight of stairs near. Comfortable bed with clean linen but study table (make-up table) were full of dust. Cupboard were a little worn out. Complimentary daily bottles drink water. Tea & Coffee facilities available too. TV with good channels. Bathroom: Clean bathroom with hand and bath towels. Do bring your own body and hair shampoo. Breakfast: We like the breakfast most in this B&B. It is not buffer style of breakfast but were given few option in local or western breakfast. The local Indian breakfast was highly recommended if you keen to try. On the last day, the staff were so nice to arrange 'ready packed' breakfast for us. Generally, if you have a hired car + driver during your India trip, this place is not bad. Otherwise, it is a bit out of places of interests in Delhi. We were at the room facing the road so it is very noise, even at the wee hours. Did not use much of there service so nothing to comment about.
