Tam Coc Ngo Đong Homestay

The room was spotlessly cleaned in all areas and had the most wonderful smell when I arrived. It had all the facilities I needed, a good wifi connection and a little table and chairs to work a little bit. Very quiet and peaceful location.

Breakfast could have been a little better but we didn’t pre order so that may have been why.

Great location and the food is really nice and vegan. Loved that it’s truly run by a family and thought the young boy who helped out with orders and reception was so sweet.

Could use some updating and more cleanliness.

Good central location very close to centre. Chilled and friendly family owners. Quiet.

-Lack of any chill out area. Some hammocks or comfy chairs would be a good thing to add. -pillows too bulky but this is common in Vietnam

Room was amazing. Owners was absolutely amazing, really helpful and always smiling. Rent bicycles and scooters no problem, laundry.. full service. Was best stay in Vietnam.. owners make it really special.. thank you so much. ☺️

The room was litlebit soggy but is because Vietnam weather.. it is what it is. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The homestay is very near the boating lake so a fantastic location, but in a quiet section so easy to sleep at night. The bed was very comfortable. We had dinner at the homestay and it was very tasty. Can strongly recommend the tofu in tomato sauce. While the family running the homestay don't speak much English, they are friendly and use Google translate to communicate anything complicated. We owe a massive thanks to the staff. Our bus to the airport didn't turn up and they noticed we were waiting and offered to find out what was happening and help us resolve it. In the end they got us a very good deal to get a taxi to the airport so we didn't miss our flight.

I was surprised the water in the room was not free.

Fantastic rooms in a lovely part of Tam Coc. Spacious, some of the comfiest beds we have stayed in and good air con. Best of all though were the people- so friendly, accommodating and helpful. I absolutely recommend, they were just fab and helped us book our next bus, a motorbike for the day and more.

Would have been perfect with a pool- but this didn’t really matter as our hosts arranged for us to use the pool facilities next door.

Only expected to stay for one night but ended up staying for three! This Homestay is calm and central and is a perfect spot for exploring Ninh Binh. The family were lovely and so was the breakfast! You can hire bikes and explore the rice paddies. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Motorbike renting with fair price. Nice restaurant. Helping staff. Good location. Clean.

We usually water and coffee/tea are given free in homestays like this, but in this 1 we paid for water and had no coffee there. Maybe they just forgot to give us, but we dodnt bother pay 12k for a big water bottle. Thats all.
