Kurzfristig wurde mir vor der Unterkunft stehend beim Anruf bei der Vermieterin mitgeteilt, dass mein Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung steht, wegen eines Wasserschadens. Ich müsse mir eine andere Unterkunft suchen, sie hätte mir das auch vorab mitgeteilt und würde mir das Geld zurücküberweisen. Das Geld habe ich bekommen, aber keine Info vorab dass das Zimmer nicht verfügbar ist (weder per SMS, Telefon, über Booking oder E-Mail). Das war sehr enttäuschend und hat meine Reise massiv beeinträchtigt.
