Gostei da independência da acomodação, bem como da localização visto que meu trabalho estava relacionado com idas à USP - a proximidade foi algo excelente. Gostei também do comércio local ser próximo (me poupou tempo e dor de cabeça)

Localização e o atendimento da Kelly.

Quarto e banheiro extremamentes pequenos, pouquíssima ventilação. Áreas externas parecem meio abandonadas. Portão da garagem manual e de difícil manuseio, pesado e não corre bem, nítido que está precisando de manutenção.
