Not sound proof. Bathroom was quite cold. Only hand-held shower head. Bathroom could really be elevated with a simple fixture. Note that there are charges for coffee and such.

size of the room is small and bathroom is on the other end. Workable for a day but not suitable for longer stays

Communication in advance was excellent with the very helpful and welcoming hosts. The place was very quiet and peaceful. The facilities were good too, with a kitchen for preparing food (just as well since it’s not near any restaurants). If you don’t arrive with your own drinks/snacks - there is a decent selection available to purchase at fair prices. The hosts provide a shuttle service to/from airport which is a bonus if you’re arriving late or leaving for an early flight. Ideal budget option for a solo traveller.

Although described as a private bathroom, it is not en-suite and it doesn’t have a bath - only a handheld shower. It seemed strange to have to walk through the hallway, kitchen and the business premises (office) to reach the toilet and shower cubicle - but it was manageable and there was plenty of hot water.

Very close to the airport. Low price. Simple accommodations for overnight.

The bathroom is about 50 feet/17 meters from the bedroom, through the kitchen and past the office. Bed was too firm, which it seems Europeans prefer.

They were willing to pick me up at the airport even though my plane arrived late at 1:00am.
