A localização é excelente! Perto da Av. Paulista, perto de tudo, supermercado, padaria, pizzaria, academia, ponto de ônibus e estação de metrô (Brigadeiro). Instalações e acesso seguros. Rápido atendimento pelo whatsapp. Ótimo custo-benefício!

Da localização, perfeito!!! Fui correr a São Silvestre e precisava de acesso falcitado a avenida paulista… foi perfeito!!!

Talvez um ar condicionado e uma ventilação no banheiro ou exaustor para melhorar a climatização…

A localização é muito boa

O banheiro tem uma parede de vidro , quem tá lá fora vê quem tá lá dentro , perde toda privacidade, pra mim foi o ponto mais negativo!
