This spot hit all the marks. Really it comes down to a clean room, cold air-conditioning, and hot showers. The host was very nice and made us feel welcome. We would stay here again.

"價格合理，離海又近，老闆非常親切。設備方面無法要求，至少房間是乾淨的，冷氣會涼，熱水會熱。雙人房寫有海景，實際上只有浴室有對外窗，還不是正對。經詢問，似乎只有四人房有對外海景。在說明上可改善。"

"Nice place to stay when visiting Hualien."

Located in a quiet part of the city, the host was very helpful and the rooms were very large with huge balcony. Street parking was easy to find, the breakfast option was a nice touch although it wasn't at the property itself. Around the corner from a very large and busy night market selling food, clothing and other items.
