1.民宿周圍很安靜 2.鄰近宜蘭火車站 3.房間整潔明亮、床很好躺、冷氣很涼 4.走路1分鐘就有好吃的早餐店、全家 5.公共區域有冰箱可使用、免費的水及飲料可以索取 6.民宿外空地很大，方便停車

1.房間門關不太緊，和廁所門會互相影響 雖然房間門有加裝防盜扣，但關廁所門時，可能因氣壓的關係，所以會讓房間門打開。（即時房間門是鎖上的狀態） 2.洗髮精有點乾澀
