"This is a perfect base to set off on the Greenway in each direction and to travel to Waterford city."

Eva provided a variety of snacks in the common room where there was a toaster, kettle and microwave oven. This was very welcome and is very welcoming. The stay was great value for money and there were books, TV, WIFI and a lovely space to relax or meet other guests.

The room was small and not en suite but it was adequate for a night's sleep.

Looked exactly like the photos, free snacks and breakfast. Kind host, free TV services:)

We managed to buy food that we could heat up in the microwave. If you don’t want to eat out everyday that’s the only option.

"Perfect accommodation on the Waterford greenway"

Orla’s place was perfect for our weekend cycling the Waterford greenway. The house is 2 minutes from the greenway, the room was very comfortable and Orla is fantastic host. We would highly recommend this guesthouse.

"A comfortable place to stay in a colorful little town"

The bathtub was a welcome surprise, my daughter was so excited to get a nice bath instead of a shower. The sitting room was well appointed and quite welcoming.
