1. Poor House/Room Maintenance 2. Room main door Lock key unable to operate properly 3. Facilities (Bicycle) not under good maintenance but charge RM5/2 hrs 4. Dirty dishes (not clean properly) 5. House/Room with dust 6. Fishing rod provided (no bait)
