Lotus Blanc Homestay

The property was good the bed was nice and had a silk blanket and the outside of the room was nice with the garden helps decompress from the crazy driving if you rent a scooter and are from a western country that has road laws.

There was some miscommunication with the manger talk via what’s app to send a tuk tuk driver to pick me and my girlfriend up at the bus station. It was include in the booking but no tuk tuk or response on what’s app not even an apology for the miscommunication in English or Khmer my girlfriend speaks both fluently so there shouldn’t be a language barrier. The room was okay the A/c was so so but beside. The food was not that great it looks good and seems like a okay price but the chef closes her eyes when she puts pepper in your food so you will have diarrhea or upset stomach if your a normal human being.

It was a quite big and very clean room. The AC worked well. The bathroom was tiny but clean and we even hat hot water for extended time! The people are very nice and also organised a tour for us which we enjoyed a lot.

We tried the Beef Lok Lak and could not eat it. It was not tasty.. The fabric of the blanket did not feel nice on the body. It is very basic (even the deluxe bungalow), do do not expect too much.

Its a nice old khmer house a bit on the outskirts of the town in a quiet area, owners are super nice and helpful. The room was clean and functional, the food was good

Room without AC was not expensive Staff is nice

Services like laundry or bus tickets are expensive. A bit far away from everything And worst thing : some dude will start screeming in a mic at 5:30 and continue for the rest of the day and its like he is in the room with you. Idk if it was some sort of religious place next to the hotel but its awful and drives you crazy dont go there unless you re deaf or want to end like The Shining protagonist.

It's a little dated, could do with some improvements but was okay for 1 night

The people were so nice. It was a good welcoming to Cambodia. Very relaxing. Good price Highly recommended 👌
