Baan Old Town

La posizione è davvero ottima, la pulizia buona anche se le stanze non vengono pulite fino alla partenza (noi siamo stati quattro giorni). Ottimo anche per le parti comuni. Purtroppo non è stata buona la comunicazione con il/la propietario/a, per il nostro check in. Abbiamo aspettato di sapere quando avremmo potuto entrare in stanza (scritto dal proprietario/a tra le 14 e le 15) perché avremmo dovuto ricevere un messaggio che non è arrivato, alla nostra richiesta dopo aver atteso inutilmente ci è stato dato un codice (nonostante ci avesse scritto che avremmo trovato la tessera magnetica sulla porta giusta) e la tessera all' interno. Il problema non è stata la variazione ma il fatto che non ci è stato comunicato fino a quando a forza di aspettare abbiamo dovuto riscrivere per avere informazioni. Quando ci è stato chiesto l' orario del nostro check out glielo abbiamo comunicato chiedendo informazioni sulla possibilità di prendere un taxi presto la mattina (siamo ripartiti alle 5:30 del mattino) non abbiamo ricevuto risposta!

The room was clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen was useful. There is a good number of hooks plus a clothes rail in the room. The futon was surprisingly comfy. Great location.

No drinking water. No fan in the bathroom. Cockroach in the kitchen at night. More mugs and other kitchenware needed. More hangers needed in the room. A child ran around in the room above us early morning and it was very loud.

The mattress need to be replace, springs were bad and it's hard to sleep.

房間蠻大的，因住宿天數較多，有請管家協助補充衛生紙，管家非常快速的就將衛生紙送。 這次剛好都遇到下雨天，還有有遮雨棚可以停放機車，非常方便

This is located in the center of Chiang Mai, but it is a quiet area. The room is large, and the two AC units worked well. The manager is easy to reach and accommodating.

The wifi wasn't the best, and the kitchen was hard to find and doesn't have much glasses, mugs, and cutlery. But it works, especially if no else cooks at the same time.

The room is very simple but nice and cozy. We especially liked the fact that there were two large floor beds/mattresses, which created an even more pleasant atmosphere. The place is quiet.

Weird instructions from owner (like not to book tours from place next to it), mixup when accessing the room etc.
