"Good location, nice host, and a beautiful home to stay in while in Philly"

The patio was enclosed and really nice to sit out on at night. The suite had its own sitting area complete with a table and chairs and there was also a sofa, chairs and a tv with streaming options.

It could be loud early in the morning because of people walking hard on the floor. My suite was at the bottom of the house so we could hear everything above us. And at times parking sucked but that’s to be expected with on street parking.

So beautifully decorated, nice common and outdoor space, excellent location, and comfy all around!

Nothing! Just be sure you know that you can't cook there- but there is a microwave in the common kitchen.

The setting was very peaceful beautiful to be around with all the art, the host was wonderful and accomodating, more than willing to assist with any questions or anything else to make your stay great
