Prima voor de prijs. Onze badkamer zat los van de kamer dus dat was minder. Geen airco op de kamer

Die Lage ist super, 2 min vom Strand und Point Break.

Das Hasmal Haus wirkt leider wie eine Baustelle, bei der die Arbeiten offenbar eingestellt wurden. Der zweite Stock sowie der Rooftop-Bereich sind nicht fertiggestellt. An vielen Stellen hängen Kabel, und es liegen Müll sowie Baumaterial herum. Zwar gibt es Sitzmöglichkeiten, jedoch fehlen bei den Liegen die Kissen, sodass diese nicht nutzbar sind. Die Zimmer waren insgesamt sauber, jedoch deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. In unserem Badezimmer befand sich eine Kakerlake. Die Küche ist brauchbar ausgestattet, Kochen ist möglich. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat Fenster zur Terrasse, wodurch es bei anwesenden Gästen sehr laut wird. Unser Zimmer lag nach hinten, das Fenster konnte man aber nicht wirklich öffnen und es ging uaf eine Mauer. Licht gab es also wenig. Das WLAN funktioniert lediglich auf dem Rooftop. Problematisch war zudem das Aquarium im Außenbereich, das nur noch etwa 10 cm Wasser enthielt. Die Fische schwammen in sichtbar verschmutztem Wasser. Auf Nachfrage erklärte der Besitzer, dass eine Reinigung notwendig sei. Auch der Vorgarten machte einen unfertigen Eindruck. Insgesamt eignet sich die Unterkunft aus unserer Sicht nur zum Schlafen, nicht zum Aufenthalt und ist vielleicht 5 Euro Wert.

Good location, great sized room and comfy bed

It was so so so loud . We had the first room in the property and there was parts of windows that didn’t have glass, only mesh to keep insects out and also above the door it was just open so didn’t feel like you had much privacy because you could hear EVERYTHING. Because of the no glass you could hear every conversation outside, every car, every bark and this meant we really really struggled to sleep.

Good location, only a couple of minutes to the beach and main restaurants, with a few restaurants next door as well Good value for the area. Less than £20 per night. Host was friendly.

While it was good value for money we feel that a few things could easily be improved. The 'deluxe' room we had didnt have an attached bathroom. It did have a private bathroom but it was outside in the corridor. Not a major issue but it was inconvenient as the corridor is in open view of the street. There was also no mirror in the room which made getting ready difficult as you had to keep going between rooms to get ready. Because it overlooked the street with an open corridor it was also very noisey, so light sleepers will struggle. Other rooms may have been better as the were further inside. The room was advertised with private balcony but there was only one plastic chair, just adding a 2nd and a table would make that much better There is a roof terrace which you can use, but its still under construction so perhaps this will better soon.

Très bon emplacement, chambre simple, bon accueil. À 300m de la plage. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Een ontzettend lieve en hardwerkende man is bezig zijn accommodatie steeds verder uit te breiden. We mochten zelfs een kijkje nemen op zijn rooftop die bijna af is met een prachtig uitzicht op Hiriketiya Beach! De locatie is ook top: alles is op loopafstand, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakt. Een aanrader!
