Hiriketiya Hasmal House

Location is perfect just a few mins from the beach in a quiet location. The rooms are clean and the owner was very kind. Great to have use of a kitchen when needed.

Bed and pillows are quite hard, I'm used to a soft bed so that was hard on my back.

No wifi but not a huge deal if you have a sim card

The property was in a great location, a very short stroll from the beach. The room was clean and felt safe and the bed was very comfortable with a decent mosquito net. I slept really well while I was here! There was a nice common area to sit in which meant you got to chat to the other guests and the owners were kind and helpful!

There are dogs around that bark at night but I’ve found that dogs bark at night everywhere in Sri Lanka. I had a decent pair of ear plugs and it didn’t bother me.

Great location, close to Hiriketiya surf point. Spacious room and bathroom. Very friendly hosts which offered to clean our rooms during our stay.

No hot water or Aircon in the large downstairs bedroom/bathroom. It would be great to have another washing line to dry towels and costumes after swimming/surfing. Most items stayed damp.

Very nice location close to the beach

It was written in the room description that it included a private bathroom, but in fact the bathroom was outside the room in a public space. The room was basic and quite noisy during the night.

Great location front of the beach. Hasmal house is affordability and value option in sri lanka. Room design for work friendly and wifi its so good its much help to me. 110% highly recommend to anyone.
