Nothing that can be mentioned.

Firstly, the room did not match with the pictures. The pictures seem they were taken when the building was first constructed, but when we walked into the room we saw something totally different.it looked like someone was staying there just sometime ago and that also in a very unhygienic way. 1. When you walk in first you see an open space and there is dust all around (on the table, appliances, and other flat spaces, pictures are given) 2. The bathroom is on the ground floor but the bed is on the top floor. Imagine you have to go to the washroom in the middle of the night, but you have to walk carefully or it's a 15 foot fall. 3. The bathroom was also a nightmare. If you want to excrete and take a bath at the same time, then you're in the right place because the shower(which is just an open pipe, no problem with its usage however) is just in front of the toilet. Also , the most disgusting thing was that there were hair clippings just in front of the toilet seat. 4. The bedroom was also unclean(dirty mosquito net, dust on all chair seats, and a murky smell). Also the bedroom is accessible by an outdoor balcony which is just in front of the reception and the stairway is under construction which to me seems like a flightrisk. 5. The owner said other guests did not have any problems with his rooms, but I don't think they stayed in this particular room. Also, when we confronted the owner about these issues, he said that it was the cheapest room that provided all these facilities and we can leave the residence without paying. It should be mentioned that the time was about 11 pm and in a not so active part of Negumbo, so I don't know what was going through his mind. He wasn't at the least sorry, and said if we don't want to stay in that room, we can just leave in the middle of the night. I mean if you don't have a proper room , just don't list it. I think this was just unethical and unprofessional

A great property! Brilliant value for money. The family here are lovely you will have a good stay.

Water supply. Mosquito net. Interior. Lighting. Surrounding. Commodes. Wash basin. And etc.

Nice guest house with a pool! The pool is clean and the water is nice and cool. Restaurants and shops nearby on the main road. AC in the room. Good value for money.

The mosquito net is a bit small for a double bed.
