"Fake hotel"

Last moment they cheated saying that there is no water in the hotel and gave all the rooms to new customers.

They did not even pick my call and was zero information shared. I tried many times but they didn't connect.

Overall experience was good. Room was clean and we had mountain view balcony. The hotel staff Mr.Sooraj was very courteous and was very prompt and helpful in responding to any concerns.

"Lovely place"

Lovely place with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Couldn’t recommend more. The staff are friendly and helpful, they also looked after our bags for 2 days for free while we trekked up to valley of flowers.
