Good location and the house is decent size for small family. The property is near to grocery store. Ad wifi best.

Everything. Major isu for this property ialah kebersihannya. This house sangat kotor. Habuk dimana2. This house is full of neglect. Bilik no 1: - tilam yg rosak (sakit belakang org tua tidur) - bilik yg berhabuk dan najis cicak di tingkap dan juga sawang labah2. Nk tidur pn xselesa bau habuk. Bilik 2: - bau yg hapak sgt tajam - habuk dan najis cicak ditingkap - lipas pun ada Bilik 3: -bawah katil kotor (ad sisa2 rambut orang dan debu2) - bantal extra tanpa sarung bantal Dapur: - bawah counter top dapur dah macam longgokan sampah - rice cooker yg sudah degrade dan tidak sesuai utk digunakan lagi - pinggan2 plastik ada yg pecah - kerusi makan ada yg sudah nak patah ( ayh sy hampir jatuh disebabkn kerusi tersebut) Luaran rumah: - sangat tidak dijaga ( semak samun) sgt bahaya dan sakit mata memandang

Location ok dekat kedai

Rumah Kotor,ayah saya ada penat,terus tak tahan habuk,terpaksa cari farmasi beli ubat,tandas bau taik,perg kedai beli sabun basuh sendiri tandas,tu pun still berbau taik,tilam bilik master dah lembut bila baring terus rapat ke bawah.. terus cancel 1 hari minta refund balik
