My stay at The LIM House Hotel in Phan Thiet was fantastic! I can absolutely recommend this Hotel. I had a wonderful room on the roof with a wonderful view to the city and surroundings. Everybody is extraordinary friendly and helpful. The Hotel is more a big family than a Hotel. Coffee in the morning...talking with people...just perfect. You can easily rent a motorbike direktly from the Hotel without any problems. All this was the reason for me even to stay one more day longer at the LIM House! Hans Martin

We liked the design of the open room with a little balcony. Everything was clean and smelled really nice. You can see that it was builded with love. The street outside was rather quiet. Everything is in walking distance. Trustful and uncomplicated payment. Good Wifi. Free parking inside For motorbikes. Hairdryer and bathroom goods were provided.

No elevator, no TV, no fridge in the room (common one was very full), the mattress was quite hard, chairs on the balcony very uncomfortable, bathroom is one little room with no separation between toilet and shower and the drain was very slow. Not enough power outlets for charging phones at night (and you need a long cable). All of that is ok for us when looking at the price and that it is not a hotel. Not so nice is that we did not feel very welcome. There was hardly anyone at the reception. Annoying was that the house is not open the whole night and after 23:00 you need to call someone to open the door for you. One time we arrived at 22:45 and the door was already closed and as we did not have a phone for calling we needed to contact a friend. When asking why it’s already closed she said she thought everyone was already home but that it’s no problem because we can just call her. Happy to hear that, but it was a problem for us. One more thing was the noise which sounded like a washing machine in the middle of the night (like 2am and some construction work at 8am.
