Lovely big modern room, with helpful hosts and right on Walking Street, which is parallel to the river path just 50 metres away.

Can be a tad noisy if in a room facing the street so maybe ask for one of the rooms in the back. All 6 rooms are on the first floor.

This is an exceptional guesthouse in the perfect location overlooking the popular Chiang Khan walking street. The characterful wooden building is in the same style as the rest of the beautiful traditional architecture of this area. The well maintained rooms are bright, airy and meticulously clean. My room (2) had a balcony from where I would respectfully observe the daily sunrise ritual of monks receiving alms from locals and Thai visitors to Chiang Khan. A further highlight was the included breakfast which is taken at a separate restaurant virtually opposite the guesthouse. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were a delight and the restaurant has an outdoor seating area overlooking the Mekong. The perfect start to my day! This charming guesthouse is very highly recommended, it is great value for money and I would 100% return. Owner Nick and her assistant who helps on reception are kind, caring and friendly. Nick will go out her way to help you and ensure your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable. Everything about my stay was perfect from beginning to end and I couldn’t have asked for more. Amazing location, amazing room and lovely staff. The complementary breakfast is served in a hotel just across the street with a wonderful riverside terrace. We had a really great stay.

Well this little gem exceeded all expectations! Stayed in a charming room which overlooked the street. Had a fab breakfast included which was in a restaurant across the road. One of the best coffees we’ve had in Thailand! Host couldn’t be more helpful . Organised Tuk Tuk to take us to the Sky Bridge and again. to ho to the bus station to catch our onward travel. Would really love to come back here one day .
